Krijg jij een kick van het direct opvolgen van warme leads en ben jij pas tevreden als de planning voor onze technische projecten vlekkeloos rond is? Bij Guidion ben jij dé persoon die dat achter de schermen regelt. Terwijl wij jaarlijks 1 miljoen mensen blij maken met onze service, zorg jij met jouw pit en organisatietalent dat we altijd kunnen bouwen op een topnetwerk van zelfstandige monteurs. Als Werving & Onboarding Specialist ben jij de stem en het gezicht van onze organisatie voor zelfstandige technische professionals. Je hoeft niet zelf koud te hunten; via onze Indeed- en Meta-campagnes komen de leads warm bij jou binnen. Jouw kracht? Het ijzer smeden als het heet is! Je bent er razendsnel bij, maakt een gezellig babbeltje en enthousiasmeert ze voor onze klussen. Vervolgens zorg jij voor de perfecte match en begeleid je de monteur tijdens een warm onboarding-traject: van het verzamelen van de juiste documenten tot het inplannen van hun meeloopdag, zodat ze vol enthousiasme aan hun eerste klus beginnen. Wat ga je doen? - Opvolgen van binnenkomende reacties en leads vanuit onze Indeed- en Meta-campagnes (Facebook/Instagram) op een directe en energieke wijze; - Voeren van laagdrempelige, vlotte telefonische intakegesprekken met ZZP monteurs om te kijken of er een match is met onze projecten; - Onderhouden van warm contact met de bestaande pool van zelfstandige monteurs (regelmatig even bellen, 'kletsen met de mannen' en horen wat hun beschikbaarheid is); - Koppelen van de juiste ZZP monteur aan de openstaande technische projecten en klussen; - Onboarden van nieuwe monteurs door het verzamelen van de benodigde documenten (zoals KvK en certificaten), het regelen van de juiste toegangsleutels en programma-ac...
