Wil je niet alleen kandidaten spreken, maar ook zelf contact onderhouden met klanten, vacatures binnenhalen en verantwoordelijk zijn voor het volledige Werving & Selectie-proces? Dan is deze functie bij Olympia iets voor jou. Voor ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een Werving & Selectie Intercedent die het W&S-portfolio verder gaat beheren en uitbouwen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

- Actief zoeken en benaderen van kandidaten via verschillende kanalen; - Voeren van intake- en sollicitatiegesprekken; - Achterhalen waar een kandidaat écht naar op zoek is en welke organisatie daarbij past; - Schrijven en publiceren van aantrekkelijke vacatures; - Voorstellen van kandidaten bij klanten; - Opvragen en uitwerken van referenties; - Begeleiden van kandidaten tijdens het volledige sollicitatieproces; - Onderhouden van contact met bestaande klanten; - Bespreken van vacatures, functieprofielen en de gewenste kandidaat met opdrachtgevers; - Adviseren van klanten over de arbeidsmarkt en beschikbare kandidaten; - Signaleren van commerciële kansen en actief benaderen van nieuwe klanten; - Onderhandelen en afstemmen over arbeidsvoorwaarden en aanbiedingen; - Contact houden met geplaatste kandidaten en klanten, ook nadat iemand gestart is.

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Het ene moment voer je een uitgebreid gesprek met een kandidaat, daarna bel je een klant over een interessant profiel en het andere moment krijg je een aanvraag binnen of ondersteun je je collega's met flexwerk.
