Vanuit onze groeiambitie bouwen wij verder aan onze dienstverlening op het gebied van werving & selectie. Daarom zoeken wij een ervaren en ondernemende Werving & Selectie Specialist die het vak kent en actief wil bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze werving en selectie afdeling. In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige werving- en selectieproces: van vacature-intake tot en met de succesvolle indiensttreding van kandidaten bij onze opdrachtgevers. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en werkt nauw samen met recruitment, marketing en accountmanagement. Met jouw ervaring weet jij wat nodig is om een W&S-opdracht succesvol uit te voeren, zie jij commerciële kansen en weet deze te benutten. Het laten groeien en ontwikkelen van jouw team is ook een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw werkzaamheden. Bij Djops krijg jij veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid.
