Als wever zorg je ervoor dat de productie op de weefafdeling vlot blijft draaien. Je bewaakt de continuïteit van een batterij dobby-weefgetouwen en grijpt in wanneer er iets bijgestuurd moet worden. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de meestergast en een team van monteurs, zodat problemen snel worden opgepikt en de kwaliteit van het doek constant blijft. Je krijgt de ruimte om je ervaring in te zetten én je kennis verder uit te bouwen binnen een stabiele, familiale werkomgeving.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je staat in voor de goede werking en continuïteit van een batterij dobby-weefgetouwen en je houdt het productieproces nauwlettend in de gaten en merkt afwijkingen snel op
  • Je grijpt in wanneer een weefgetouw bijgestuurd moet worden en je werkt nauw samen met de meestergast en monteurs bij technische of productiegerelateerde problemen
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit van het geweven doek en zorgt ervoor dat afwijkingen tijdig worden aangepakt en je houdt je werkplek netjes en georganiseerd
  • Je zorgt samen met je collega's voor een vlotte en efficiënte productie

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een familiaal textielbedrijf waar vakkennis, kwaliteit en samenwerking belangrijk zijn. Op de werkvloer werk je samen met ervaren collega's en vorm je een hecht team met de meestergast en monteurs.   • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als wever en je hebt een goed technisch en praktisch inzicht in weefgetouwen
  • Je draagt kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel en je bent bereid om bij te leren en je kennis verder uit te breiden
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail en je werkt georganiseerd en houdt je werkplek netjes
