Wil je werken als inhoudelijk specialist binnen de sociale zekerheid, met veel zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid voor een grote landelijke werkgever? Dan is dit een mooie vervolgstap. Voor een gespecialiseerde organisatie binnen verzuim, re-integratie en sociale zekerheid zoeken wij een WGA Casemanager die zelfstandig complexe dossiers begeleidt en als kennispartner fungeert voor collega's en klanten. Deze functie kent een sterk specialistisch karakter. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor één grote landelijke klant en hebt een belangrijke adviesrol op het gebied van sociale zekerheid, WIA, WGA en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Als WGA Casemanager begeleid je (ex-)werknemers die langer dan twee jaar arbeidsongeschikt zijn en een WIA-uitkering ontvangen. Je voert regie op complexe dossiers en ondersteunt werkgevers bij het beperken van WGA-instroom en het bevorderen van duurzame werkhervatting. Je hebt veel contact met werknemers, werkgevers, bedrijfsartsen, arbeidsdeskundigen en het UWV. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar wet- en regelgeving, maar ook naar de mogelijkheden van mensen om weer perspectief te vinden richting werk. Daarnaast: - Ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige WGA-dossier van een grote landelijke klant. - Stel je re-integratievisies op en adviseer je over passende interventies. - Onderhoud je contact met het UWV en begeleid je herbeoordelingen. - Signaleer je kansen om arbeidsongeschiktheidskosten te beperken. - Adviseer je over bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures. - Ondersteun je werkgevers bij vraagstukken rondom sociale zekerheid en duurzame inzetbaarheid. - Help je leidinggevenden en medewerkers om instroom in de WIA zoveel mogelijk te voorkomen. - Werk je veel samen met collega's uit vers...
