Medewerker Ontbijt m/v Gezien wij altijd in ontwikkeling zijn, zoeken wij versterking van een ontbijtmedewerker die flexibel, sociaal en met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel ons team kan versterken om de groei van het bedrijf te ondersteunen. Uw functie in het kort Het verzorgen van de voorbereidingen voor het ontbijtbuffet. Gasten vriendelijk ontvangen en begeleiden tijdens het ontbijt. Het aanvullen en presenteren van het ontbijtbuffet. Het bereiden van eenvoudige ontbijtgerechten en warme dranken. Het afruimen en schoonhouden van tafels en ontbijtruimtes. Het schoonmaken en verzorgen van de ontbijtzaal en keuken volgens de hygiënevoorschriften. Het signaleren van wensen van gasten en hierop inspelen. Het verzorgen van voorbereidingen in het restaurant. Gasten verwelkomen, bestellingen opnemen en maken, dranken serveren en gerechten presenteren, tafels afruimen en de rekening opmaken en afrekenen. Het meehelpen bij de receptie, waaronder het uitchecken van hotelgasten en het geven van toeristische tips over ons bruisende Den Helder. Wat vragen wij van u? U heeft oog voor detail. U bent gastvrij en servicegericht. U heeft een gezonde dosis humor en houdt van aanpakken. U bent stressbestendig. U bent flexibel inzetbaar, ook in de vroege ochtenduren. U heeft doorzettingsvermogen. U beheerst de Nederlandse taal. Ervaring in de horeca is een pré, maar niet noodzakelijk. Hebben wij uw interesse gewekt??
