Bei uns erwartet dich eine abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe mit Verantwortung: Du bist zentrale Anlaufstelle für Fahrer_innen, Kund_innen und Kolleg_innen und trägst wesentlich dazu bei, dass unser Tagesgeschäft reibungslos läuft.

Wiegemeister_in / Disponent_in

Deine Aufgaben

* Lückenlose und korrekte Verwiegung aller Ein- und Ausfuhren im Werk Jenbach

* Koordination und Disposition unserer Fahrzeuge und Transporte

* Abstimmung von Aufträgen, Lieferterminen und Einsatzzeiten

* Laufender Kontakt mit Fahrerinnen, Kundinnen und internen Ansprechpartner_innen

* Erstellung und Kontrolle der erforderlichen Wiege- und Lieferunterlagen

* Rasches und lösungsorientiertes Reagieren bei kurzfristigen Änderungen

* Unterstützung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im gesamten Tagesgeschäft

Das bringst du mit

* Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, auch bei mehreren parallelen Aufgaben den Überblick zu behalten

* Zuverlässige, genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Freude am täglichen Kontakt mit Fahrer_innen, Kund_innen und Kolleg_innen

* Klare und freundliche Kommunikation

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Hausverstand

* Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in Disposition, Logistik, Transport oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich ist von Vorteil

* Bereitschaft, dich in unsere betrieblichen Abläufe einzuarbeiten und weiterzuentwickeln
