Als Technisch commercieel adviseur:

Ben jij het technisch aanspreekpunt voor professionele klanten zoals aannemers, bouwbedrijven en projectontwikkelaars. Je combineert technisch inzicht met commercieel gevoel en helpt klanten bij het kiezen van de juiste bouwmaterialen voor hun projecten.

  • Je analyseert bouwplannen en vertaalt deze naar een correcte materiaalkeuze en offerte.
  • Je adviseert klanten technisch over onze bouwmaterialen en denkt oplossingsgericht mee bij bouwkundige vraagstukken.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht om plannen, hoeveelheden en technische gegevens correct te interpreteren.
  • Je stelt offertes op en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
  • Je werkt samen met je collega’s binnen het verkoopteam om een vlotte service naar onze klanten te garanderen en ondersteunt elkaar waar nodig.

Je houdt van afwisseling en klantencontact en adviseert professionele klanten graag bij hun bouwprojecten.

  • Je hebt een bouwkundige technische achtergrond.
  • Je kan bouwplannen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je kan technische berekeningen en hoeveelheidsbepalingen maken.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en kan klanten begeleiden bij technische keuzes.
  • Je hebt interesse in bouwmaterialen en de praktische toepassing ervan op de werf.
  • Je combineert technisch inzicht met commercieel gevoel.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent flexibel en beschikbaar op zaterdagvoormiddag, met een vrije compensatiedag in de week.
