Wijkbeheerder (Amsterdam Noord/ Oost) 32 uur Solliciteer Met jouw werk zorg je dat bewoners in Amsterdam Noord en Oost zich thuis voelen in hun buurt. Een prettige buurt gaat over meer dan woningen alleen. Het gaat over straten waar mensen zich veilig voelen, buren die elkaar kennen en bewoners die weten bij wie ze terechtkunnen. Dat maakt wonen fijner en geeft mensen de ruimte om hun leven op te bouwen. Bij Eigen Haard werken we aan buurten waar mensen prettig samenleven. Samen met bewoners, collega's en partners in de wijk zetten we ons in voor een schone, veilige en leefbare woonomgeving. Een buurt waar mensen zich gezien voelen en naar elkaar omkijken. Dat vraagt om mensen die weten wat er speelt. Mensen die zichtbaar zijn, contact maken en verbindingen leggen wanneer dat nodig is. Zo zorgen we samen voor buurten waar bewoners prettig wonen en zich thuis voelen. Als wijkbeheerder speel je daarin een belangrijke rol. Werk je graag aan leefbare buurten? En krijg je energie van contact met bewoners en partners in de wijk? Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou als onze nieuwe: Wijkbeheerder Amsterdam Noord/ Oost | 32 uur per week Dit is jouw baan Je bent dagelijks zichtbaar in de wijk en een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor bewoners. Je loopt rondes door complexen en straten, houdt de woonomgeving schoon, heel en veilig en zorgt dat meldingen worden opgepakt. Je merkt snel wanneer er iets speelt en spreekt bewoners duidelijk en respectvol aan op afspraken en leefregels als dat nodig is. Je kijkt verder dan het dagelijks beheer van gebouwen en straten. Je signaleert kansen en knelpunten in de buurt, ondersteunt bewonersinitiatieven en brengt bewoners, collega's en netwerkpartners bij elkaar. Samen werk je aan een prettige, veilige en leefbare woonomgeving. Je neemt initiatief, zet acties uit en zorgt dat afspraken worden opgevolgd.
