Wijkbeheerder Functieomschrijving Rol: Als wijkbeheerder ben jij zichtbaar aanwezig in de wijk en het aanspreekpunt voor bewoners. Je signaleert en pakt leefbaarheidsvraagstukken op en draagt bij aan een prettige woonomgeving. Het zwaartepunt van je werk ligt op dagelijks wijkbeheer en het onderhouden van contacten met bewoners. De problematiek achter de voordeur is overwegend licht van aard; je schat situaties goed in, gaat in gesprek met bewoners en zoekt samen naar passende oplossingen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van Sociaal Beheer, zodat jij je kunt richten op preventie, signalering en het oppakken van reguliere leefbaarheidszaken. Werkzaamheden - Zichtbaar aanwezig zijn in de wijk en aanspreekpunt zijn voor bewoners - Oppakken van meldingen en leefbaarheidsvraagstukken - Voeren van gesprekken met bewoners over leefbaarheid en lichte overlast - Uitvoeren van huisbezoeken wanneer nodig - Signaleren van sociale problematiek en tijdig doorzetten naar Sociaal Beheer - Samenwerken met interne collega's en externe partners in de wijk - Bijdragen aan een schone, veilige en prettige woonomgeving Eisen - Is beschikbaar voor 24 uur per week (3 dagen per week) - Is beschikbaar voor een periode van minimaal 4 maanden - Heeft ervaring met wijkbeheer, leefbaarheid of een vergelijkbare functie binnen een woningcorporatie - Is in staat zelfstandig bewonersgesprekken te voeren over leefbaarheid, lichte overlast en woonomgeving - Kan goed samenwerken met collega's van Sociaal Beheer en externe netwerkpartners - Is in het bezit van een rijbewijs B - Communicatief sterk: legt gemakkelijk contact met bewoners en partners - Omgevingsbewust: signaleert ontwikkelingen en knelpunten in de wijk tijdig - Proactief: pakt zaken op voordat problemen groter worden - Oordeelsvorming: weet wanneer zelf te handelen en wanneer een specialist moet worden betrokken - Samenwerkingsgericht: werkt effectief samen met collega's en externe partijen - Stres...
