Minters vervult een belangrijke rol in de gemeenten Vlaardingen, Maassluis en Schiedam door proactief te zoeken naar mogelijkheden om de veerkracht van burgers te versterken binnen het Sociaal Domein. Dat gebeurt onder andere in de wijken, op scholen en bij huisartsenpraktijken. Ons doel is om de zelf- en samenredzaamheid van bewoners te versterken, zodat er geen of zo min mogelijk zwaardere of duurdere hulpverlening nodig is: niet problematiseren, maar normaliseren. Niet omdat het moet, maar omdat het kan. Bij Minters hechten we veel waarde aan kwaliteit door transparantie en ondernemerschap. Als eerste ontvingen we in 2019 het 'Sterk Sociaal Werk' kwaliteitslabel voor onze wijkteams, en we blijven voldoen aan de vereisten voor dit label voor onze gehele organisatie. Ons streven is om landelijk erkend te worden als een professionele en ondernemende maatschappelijke dienstverlener. Wat ga je doen als wijkteammedewerker? Binnenkort gaan onze collega's met zwangerschapsverlof en daarom hebben wij nu een tijdelijke positie beschikbaar bij ons team in Schiedam.
