Wie ben jij? - Jij bent een betrokken wijkverpleegkundige die staat voor mensgerichte zorg en kwaliteit; - Je hebt een diploma Verpleegkunde niveau 5 of 6; - Je hebt een geldige BIG-registratie en bent bereid je in te schrijven in het Kwaliteitsregister; - Je werkt zelfstandig en kunt goed samenwerken binnen duaal leiderschap; - Je bent cliëntgericht en flexibel.
