The posting

Onze klant streeft ernaar de nummer één te worden op het gebied van prijs en kwaliteit voor het herstel en onderhoud van elektrische roterende machines binnen een straal van 500 kilometer rond Antwerpen. Momenteel behandelen ze roterende machines tot 40 ton, maar willen ze dit uitbreiden tot 80 ton.

Wat zal je job inhouden?

Als Wikkelaar ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig wikkelen van elektromotoren, zowel gelijkstroom als wisselstroom. Je begint met het afzagen van wikkelkoppen en het uitbreken van elektrische wikkelingen. Vervolgens noteer je de wikkelgegevens en kies je het benodigde materiaal om de motor zorgvuldig te wikkelen. Dit omvat het wikkelen van DC ankers in ronddraad en vlakdraad, het impregneren van statoren onder vacuümdruk en het spoelen van ankers. Ook herstel je blikpakketten en vervang je uitlopers en kabels van statoren. Tot slot voer je metingen uit voor controle (zowel elektrisch als mechanisch).

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Afzagen van wikkelkoppen en uitbreken van elektrische wikkelingen.
  • Noteren van wikkelgegevens van elektromotoren.
  • Zelfstandig wikkelen van motoren met keuze van materiaal.
  • Impregneren van statoren en spoelen van ankers.
  • Uitvoeren van controlemetingen (elektrisch en mechanisch).

Wij zoeken een Wikkelaar die:

  • Zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig kan werken.
  • Nauwkeurig, stipt en kwalitatief werkt.
  • Praktisch is ingesteld en gevoel heeft voor het verwerken van materialen.
  • Beschikt over een opleiding elektriciteit (niveau A2) en enige jaren ervaring in het wikkelen van elektromotoren.
  • Ervaring in het wikkelen van DC-ankers en hoogspanningsmotoren is een pluspunt.
