Voor onze klant in Wilrijk zijn wij op zoek naar een monteur.

Tot uw takenpakket zal behoren:

Als monteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het assembleren, monteren en testen van mechanische precisieonderdelen en systemen. Daarnaast draagt hij bij aan de technische documentatie en kwaliteitsborging binnen een high-tech werkomgeving.

De functie van monteur is essentieel voor het waarborgen van de kwaliteit en precisie van complexe machines en mechanische systemen. De rol combineert technische expertise in fijnmechanica met administratieve vaardigheden in een ERP-omgeving. Nauwkeurigheid, technische kennis en een georganiseerde werkstijl zijn cruciaal.

• Leest en interpreteert technische mechanische plannen voor assemblage en onderhoud.

• Assembleert en monteert mechanische systemen volgens specificaties en technische tekeningen.

• Maakt en documenteert assemblage-instructies in het ERP-systeem (Trinium – Manual.to)

• Gebruikt DWF Viewer om assemblies te visualiseren en te controleren.

• Controleert de kwaliteit van onderdelen en assemblies tijdens en na het montageproces.

• Houdt een ordelijke en georganiseerde werkplek volgens veiligheidsnormen.

• Denkt mee over verbeteringen in mechanische ontwerpen en assemblageprocessen.

• Voert technische foutopsporing uit en levert oplossingen voor complexe problemen.

• Onderhoudt gereedschappen en apparatuur in optimale conditie.

• Werkt samen met het team en rapporteert bevindingen aan leidinggevenden.

• Zorgen voor het opstellen en beheren van technische documentatie, handleidingen en onderhoudsinstructies.

  • Je spreekt perfect Nederlands
  • Technische mechanische plannen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Assemblage-instructies maken en beheren in een ERP-systeem.
  • Gebruik van DWF Viewer voor het visualiseren van assemblies.
  • Sterk technisch inzicht in mechanische systemen en processen.
