Voor onze klant in Wilrijk zijn wij op zoek naar een teamleader productie, onze klant is actief in metalen en bevestigingssystemen.

Tot uw takenpakket zal behoren:

Als Teamleader in shift stuur je een team van 10 operatoren aan en ben je de schakel tussen de werkvloer en de productiemanager. Je bewaakt de dagelijkse productie, volgt KPI’s en productiedoelen op en zorgt voor een vlotte shiftoverdracht.

  • Je verdeelt taken en personeel, begeleidt en motiveert medewerkers en staat in voor de opleiding van nieuwe collega’s.
  • Daarnaast bewaak je de veiligheid, kwaliteit en orde op de werkvloer, los je operationele storingen op en schakel je de juiste diensten in wanneer nodig.
  • Je detecteert verbeterpunten, optimaliseert werkprocessen en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking en communicatie tussen de verschillende shifts en afdelingen.
  • Omdat het om een nieuwe functie gaat, krijg je de kans om deze zelf mee vorm te geven en actief bij te dragen aan de verdere groei en verbetering van de productie.
  • Je bent een gemotiveerde kartrekker met een sterke affiniteit in de maakindustrie.
  • Je bent iemand met ownership: je ziet werk, neemt graag initiatief en vindt het geweldig om processen vanaf de grond op te bouwen.
  • Je bent een bruggenbouwer die vlot communiceert met zowel operatoren, engineering, planning en het management.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en analytisch en blinkt uit in het creëren van structuur in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Ervaring als teamleader, ploegverantwoordelijke of coachende rol is een absolute must-have.
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet medewerkers op een positieve manier aan te sturen.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel (tussen 6u00 – 22u00).
  • Technische affiniteit of interesse in productieprocessen is belangrijk.
