Hij of zij voelt zich thuis in een dynamische retail omgeving, schakelt makkelijk tussen strategie en praktijk en krijgt energie van het verbeteren van winkels. Je bent commercieel ingesteld, analytisch sterk en weet cijfers en winkelbeleving goed met elkaar te verbinden. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar zoekt ook actief de samenwerking op met collega's binnen de Nederlandse serviceorganisatie en de winkels. Je bent organisatiesensitief, flexibel en pragmatisch. Je bent veel onderweg in Duitsland en Nederland en haalt energie uit de afwisseling tussen winkels, ondernemers en het servicekantoor. Wat ga je doen? Je gaat de eigen ondernemers adviseren en ondersteunen bij het opstellen en uitvoeren van het winkelformuleplan en de exploitatie van hun winkel. Je bewaakt de uniforme uitstraling van de winkelformule in de regio Noordrijn-Westfalen en Nedersaksen (Duitsland) én in het grensgebied tussen Nederland en Duitsland. Als adviseur ben je regelmatig aanwezig op de winkelvloer en werk je nauw samen met ondernemers, bedrijfsleiders en winkelteams. Je geeft advies en je denkt actief mee over de formule-uitstraling, winkelbeleving en commerciële verbeterkansen. Je signaleert verbeterkansen in winkelprocessen, formuletoepassing en de lokale retail uitvoering. Je analyseert de exploitatie van winkels in relatie tot forecast, lokale concurrentie en commerciële resultaten en adviseert ondernemers over kansen en optimalisaties. Je inventariseert wensen en behoeften van winkels en afdelingen, brengt deze onder de aandacht bij de juiste collega's binnen de serviceorganisatie en zorgt dat die uitgevoerd worden. Ook begeleid je formuleprojecten in de winkels zoals inrichting, formulebewaking, winkelcommunicatie en voer je verbeterplannen uit. Je daagt ondernemers uit en fungeert als sparringpartne...
