FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij klantgericht, gemotiveerd en hou je van afwisseling in je job? Werk je graag in een dynamische winkelomgeving en haal je voldoening uit klanten verder helpen? Dan is deze functie als winkelbediende op de bakkerijafdeling iets voor jou.

Jouw functie Als winkelbediende op de bakkerijafdeling ben je samen met je collega’s verantwoordelijk voor het vlot laten verlopen van de dagelijkse werking. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt ervoor dat de afdeling er steeds verzorgd en uitnodigend bij ligt.

Jouw taken

  • Klanten vriendelijk onthalen en verder helpen
  • Brood, pistolets en koffiekoeken afbakken volgens de juiste procedures
  • De bakkerijafdeling correct aanvullen en presenteren
  • Zorgen voor orde, netheid en hygiëne op de afdeling
  • Mee instaan voor een vlotte samenwerking binnen het team

PROFIEL

Je hoeft geen jaren ervaring te hebben, wel goesting om erin te vliegen. Met jouw positieve houding en klantgerichte aanpak maak je elke dag het verschil in de winkel.

Jouw profiel

  • Je bent gemotiveerd en klantgericht
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar (ook weekends)
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands
  • Ervaring in retail of bakkerij is een plus, maar geen must

Kortom: je bruist van energie, houdt van aanpakken en haalt voldoening uit tevreden klanten.
