Voor onze Slagerij-Traiteur Vandycke in Gent zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega die mee wil bouwen aan een uitstekende winkelbeleving. Je komt terecht in een familiaal bedrijf waar kwaliteit, vakmanschap en klantvriendelijkheid centraal staan.

Met ons uitgebreid assortiment kwaliteitsvlees, fijne charcuterie, huisbereide gerechten en verfijnde traiteurspecialiteiten bezorgen we onze klanten elke dag een smakelijke ervaring. Jij speelt daarin een belangrijke rol.

Jouw functie

Als winkelbediende ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Dankzij jouw klantgerichte aanpak, productkennis en enthousiasme zorg je ervoor dat elke klant met een goed gevoel de winkel verlaat.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Klanten vriendelijk onthalen en professioneel adviseren.
  • Bestellingen opnemen, voorbereiden en correct afwerken.
  • Klanten informeren over ons assortiment en onze huisbereide producten.
  • Producten aantrekkelijk presenteren en de toonbank verzorgd houden.
  • Betalingen correct verwerken aan de kassa.
  • Leveringen controleren en producten zorgvuldig stockeren.
  • De winkel, werkruimte en toonbanken netjes en hygiënisch houden.
  • Rekken en toonbanken aanvullen zodat de winkel steeds verzorgd oogt.
  • Inspelen op commerciële opportuniteiten en meedenken over een optimale klantenservice.
  • Samenwerken met collega's om een vlotte en aangename winkelwerking te garanderen.

  • Een echte teamspeler is die graag samenwerkt in een familiale omgeving.
  • Flexibel is ingesteld en bereid is om mee te werken volgens het winkelrooster, inclusief weekendwerk.
  • Een verzorgd voorkomen heeft en klantvriendelijkheid steeds vooropstelt.

Ervaring binnen een slagerij, traiteurzaak, voedingswinkel, horeca of retail is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
