Sociaal, energiek en met een passie voor lekker eten?

Bij Spetserhoeve draait het om meer dan vlees verkopen.

Onze klanten komen voor kwaliteitsproducten, maar ook voor goed advies, een fijne babbel en persoonlijke service. Daarom zoeken we iemand die graag tussen de mensen staat en energie krijgt van klantencontact.

Als winkelbediende bij de Spetserhoeve help je klanten enthousiast en vriendelijk verder, geef je advies over onze producten en zet je bestellingen klaar. Ook het aanvullen en aantrekkelijk presenteren van onze toonbank is een belangrijk onderdeel van je job. Daarnaast volg je mee de stock op en spring je regelmatig bij in het atelier.

Je bent spontaan, vlot in omgang en stapt makkelijk op klanten af. Een drukke winkel schrikt je niet af. Daarnaast heb je een passie voor voeding en lekker eten. Je vindt het leuk om onze producten te leren kennen, erover te vertellen en klanten te inspireren.

Kortom, we zoeken iemand die sociaal en energiek is en graag met klanten werkt.

WIE ZOEKEN WE?

We zoeken vooral iemand met goesting om erin te vliegen. Iemand die graag met mensen werkt, energie krijgt van een drukke winkel en het fijn vindt om klanten met een goed gevoel naar buiten te zien gaan.

Iemand die:

  • spontaan en vlot is in het contact met klanten
  • graag een praatje maakt en makkelijk op klanten afstapt
  • graag bezig is met voeding en een passie heeft voor lekker eten
  • enthousiast is om onze producten en werkwijze te leren kennen
  • graag actief bezig is en houdt van een stevig werktempo
  • niet bang is om de handen uit de mouwen te steken
  • zelfstandig kan werken en zelf ziet wat er moet gebeuren
  • graag samenwerkt en bijspringt waar nodig
  • betrouwbaar is en afspraken nakomt

Ervaring in een slagerij of voedingswinkel is mooi meegenomen, maar voor ons is de juiste ingesteldheid, enthousiasme en werkmentaliteit belangrijker dan een perfect CV.

We zoeken geen perfecte kandidaat. Wel iemand die bij Spetserhoeve past en er elke dag mee zijn schouders onder wil zetten.
