Voor ons filiaal in Hoofddorp zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste: Winkelmanager terStal 24 - 26 uur *je kunt motiveren *je bent commercieel *je denkt vanuit de klant Als winkelmanager ben jij het visitekaartje van terStal en daarmee een aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je weet elke dag weer met veel enthousiasme leiding te geven aan jouw team en samen zorgen jullie voor de perfecte winkelpresentatie. Met de rayonleiding bepaal jij de samenstelling van jouw eigen team en je weet als geen ander hoe je iedereen moet motiveren, begeleiden en coachen. Bovendien ben je in deze functie verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve werkzaamheden en coördineer je de goederenstroom. Belangrijk is dat je representatief en flexibel bent, een resultaatgerichte instelling en affiniteit met mode hebt. Om voor deze uitdagende functie in aanmerking te komen: - Bezit je over mbo 3/4 werk- en denkniveau; - Heb jij aantoonbare werkervaring in de Retail; - Ben je flexibel en bereid om in de weekenden en tijdens koopavonden te werken; - Weet jij te enthousiasmeren en verlies je het commerciële doel nooit uit het oog; - Bezit je over een resultaatgerichte instelling en uitstekende contactuele eigenschappen; - Ben je klantgericht, representatief én blijf je goed functioneren onder druk.
