Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Jij bent het gezicht van de winkel: je zorgt voor een topbeleving voor elke klant.
  • Je zet commerciële acties op en benut verkoopkansen om de omzet te laten groeien.
  • Je analyseert resultaten en stuurt bij waar nodig om targets te halen.
  • Je zorgt voor een aantrekkelijke presentatie van onze producten en een ordelijke winkel.
  • Je maakt de personeelsplanning en beheert de administratie.
  • Je motiveert jouw team om samen het beste resultaat neer te zetten.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directie en krijgt ruimte voor eigen ideeën.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring als manager of leidinggevende, bij voorkeur in de detailhandel.
  • Je beschikt over sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten en weet hoe je een team motiveert en begeleidt om gezamenlijke doelen te bereiken.
  • Je hebt uitstekende managementvaardigheden: planning, organisatie, communicatie, besluitvorming en probleemoplossing zijn jouw troeven.
  • Je hebt een passie voor klantenservice en streeft naar een optimale winkelbeleving. Je hebt een sterke commerciële drive en weet hoe je klanten overtuigt.
  • Je kent de detailhandel door en door, inclusief KPI’s en groeistrategieën.
  • Je kunt prioriteiten stellen en snel schakelen in een dynamische omgeving.
