Wil jij écht het verschil maken in een winkel?

Voor onze Carrefour Express in Rillaar zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Winkelmanager die de winkel volledig in handen wil nemen en zin heeft om er een nieuwe wind door te laten waaien.

We zoeken geen manager die enkel de planning opvolgt en de dagelijkse werking bewaakt. We zoeken iemand die eigenaarschap neemt, initiatief toont en samen met het team wil bouwen aan een winkel waar klanten graag komen én medewerkers graag werken.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Winkelmanager ben jij het aanspreekpunt en de drijvende kracht van de winkel. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor zowel de dagelijkse werking, het team als de commerciële resultaten.

Je:

  • neemt de dagelijkse leiding over de Carrefour Express;
  • stuurt, motiveert en coacht je team;
  • zorgt voor een verzorgde, goed gevulde en aantrekkelijke winkel;
  • bewaakt orde, netheid, kwaliteit en hygiëne;
  • zorgt voor een uitstekende klantenservice;
  • volgt bestellingen, voorraad en stockrotatie op;
  • bewaakt de omzet en resultaten van de winkel;
  • maakt en volgt de personeelsplanning op;
  • steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen wanneer dat nodig is;
  • ziet verbeterpunten en neemt zelf initiatief om zaken beter te maken;
  • zorgt ervoor dat afspraken en procedures correct worden nageleefd.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken vooral iemand met goesting, verantwoordelijkheid en ondernemerschap.

Jij:

  • hebt ervaring in retail, horeca of een leidinggevende functie;
  • bent organisatorisch sterk en houdt van structuur;
  • weet hoe je een team motiveert en aanspreekt;
  • bent klantgericht en commercieel ingesteld;
  • durft beslissingen te nemen;
  • wacht niet af tot iemand zegt wat er moet gebeuren;
  • ziet werk en steekt graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen;
  • bent flexibel inzetbaar;
  • hebt een positieve, no-nonsense mentaliteit;
  • wil samen met ons de winkel naar een hoger niveau tillen.
