  • Je zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant zich welkom voelt en geeft hen een aangename winkelervaring.
  • Je begeleidt klanten met persoonlijk en professioneel advies en helpt hen bij het maken van de juiste keuze.
  • Samen met je team werk je naar sterke verkoopresultaten en zorg je ervoor dat de winkel goed draait.
  • Je neemt de dagelijkse leiding over de winkel en zorgt voor een goede organisatie en opvolging.
  • Je rapporteert aan de regiomanager en werkt nauw samen met de andere winkels en het hoofdkantoor.
  • Je bent klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld en krijgt energie van het adviseren en helpen van klanten.
  • Je bent een sterke peoplemanager en weet je team op een positieve manier te motiveren en te begeleiden.
  • Je hebt een aanstekelijke drive, neemt graag initiatief en neemt met plezier verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Je bent flexibel en staat ervoor open om tijdens weekends en feestdagen te werken, vooral tijdens drukke periodes.
  • Je hebt interesse in interieur en buitenleven.
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring als shopmanager of winkelverantwoordelijke
