The posting

· Voor onze winkel zijn we op zoek naar een toffe collega, zowel tof voor onze klanten als voor ons team. Je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen die onze winkel bezoekt, met of zonder aankoop met een goed gevoel de winkel uitstapt, en niet alleen omdat we leuke en lekkere producten hebben.

· Niemand is perfect, soms loopt het al eens mis, heb je een slechte dag, of heeft je klant een slechte dag. Toch zorg je ervoor dat je klant steeds dezelfde uitstekende service krijgt.

· Ben je geen klanten aan het bedienen en ligt de winkel er piekfijn bij, dan is er altijd wel iets anders te doen. Bij DelReY staan we niet gemakkelijk stil. Zo zijn we achter de schermen druk bezig met het verpakken van producten en bestellingen.

· Je bent een pietje precies. Je zorgt ervoor dat je werk steeds tot in detail is afgewerkt. Hoe je je doosje met pralines vult, hoe je producten verpakt enz.

· Bad hair days ken je niet, want je komt steeds verzorgd voor de dag

· Je houdt ervan om initiatief te nemen en denkt mee na over hoe we de winkelervaring voor onze klanten nóg beter kunnen maken.

· Je kan vlot overweg met een computer en het gebruik van kassa- of bestelsystemen schrikt je niet af.

· Je bent een geboren verkoper: je informeert onze klanten over nieuwe producten en biedt alternatieven aan daar waar het gewenste product niet voorradig is.

· Je kan werken aan een hoger tempo en hebt oog voor detail.

· Je bent hands-on en gaat pro-actief te werk

· Het merendeel van onze klanten spreekt Nederlands of Engels. Jij kan je daarom in beide talen goed uitdrukken.

· Zaterdagwerk schrikt je niet af
