De Minimarkt is een goed verzorgde en klein opgezette winkel en beschikt over een ruim assortiment met dagelijkse boodschappen voor onze patiënten. Je werkt samen met een ervaren collega maar er zijn ook momenten dat je zelfstandig werkt. CTP Veldzicht is op zoek naar een winkelmedewerker voor de Mini Markt. Je bent betrokken, betrouwbaar en belangstellend. Ook ben je positief ingesteld en verbindend; je werkt met een gezonde dosis humor! Wij hechten veel waarde aan gastvrijheid, rust en veiligheid, dit om de patiënten onder begeleiding van hun boodschappen te laten doen op een wijze zoals dit in "de maatschappij" ook gedaan wordt. Je werkt nauw samen met je naaste collega, sociotherapie en patiënten. Wat ga jij doen? - Je draagt zorg voor inkoop, verkoop, aanvulling van goederen en hygiëne; - Je evalueert, samen met je team, de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening in relatie totde organisatiedoelstellingen en grijpt indien nodig in. Je doet verbetervoorstellen en neemt zelf initiatieven ter verbetering; - Je werkt met de kassa en bent verantwoordelijk voor een adequaat beheer van de kas en de kasgelden.
