Als medewerker aan de kassa en balie ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor de klanten. Met jouw enthousiaste en professionele aanpak zorg je ervoor dat iedere klant met een goed gevoel de winkel verlaat.

Jouw taken

Als kassier/balie medewerker heb je een veelzijdige functie waarin klantcontact centraal staat:

  • Je bedient klanten vriendelijk, vlot en nauwkeurig aan de kassa.
  • Je beantwoordt vragen en helpt klanten verder waar je kunt.
  • Je verwerkt pakketjes en retouren op een correcte manier.
  • Je staat in voor een vlotte postverwerking.
  • Bij klachten of problemen luister je naar de klant en zoek je mee naar een passende en efficië nte oplossing.
  • Je zorgt mee voor een verzorgde en aangename uitstraling van de balie en kassa.

Wie ben jij?

Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand met de juiste attitude en klantgerichte ingesteldheid. Daarnaast:

  • Spreek je vloeiend Nederlands en Frans.
  • Werk je graag en met plezier op zaterdag en zondag.
  • Is ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste.
  • Heb je een verzorgde uitstraling en een professionele, klantgerichte houding.
  • Ben je positief, enthousiast en beleefd in je contacten met klanten en collega’s.
  • Werk je nauwkeurig en neem je graag verantwoordelijkheid, zeker wanneer het om kassawerk gaat.
  • Ben je iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en klanten met een glimlach verderhelpt.
