Je krijgt de vrijheid om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen en problemen voor reizigers direct op te lossen. Of het nu gaat om een gestrande reiziger of een ingewikkelde vraag over een reisproduct, jij houdt het overzicht. Deze rol biedt je de kans om je professionele vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen binnen een grote, maatschappelijk betrokken organisatie. Wat worden jouw taken? - Analyseren van klantvragen en het bieden van een passende oplossing - Beheren van de administratieve afhandeling van gevonden voorwerpen - Adviseren over complexe reisproducten en tarieven - Signaleren van knelpunten in de reizigersinformatie en deze rapporteren - Fungeren als schakel tussen de reiziger en de centrale organisatie Wie ben jij Jij bent een zelfstandige professional in spe met minimaal mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau. Je blijft rustig in drukke situaties en weet door je analytische blik snel tot de kern van een probleem te komen. Verantwoordelijkheid schrikt jou niet af; je vindt het juist prettig om eigenaarschap te tonen over je werkplek. Je spreekt goed Nederlands en hebt de ambitie om het beste uit elke werkdag te halen.
