Voor onze doe-het-zelfwinkel in Tessenderlo zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Allround Winkelmedewerker (M/V/X) om ons team te versterken.

Als winkelmedewerker ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je helpt hen met deskundig advies, denkt mee over hun projecten en zorgt ervoor dat ze met de juiste producten en een goed gevoel de winkel verlaten.

Jouw functie

Als allround winkelmedewerker heb je een gevarieerd takenpakket:

  • Je verwelkomt klanten en helpt hen op een vriendelijke en professionele manier.
  • Je adviseert klanten bij hun doe-het-zelf- en technische projecten.
  • Je beantwoordt vragen over bouwmaterialen, gereedschappen en andere technische producten.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de winkel overzichtelijk, netjes en aantrekkelijk blijft.
  • Je vult de rekken aan en zorgt voor een correcte presentatie van de producten.
  • Je helpt mee bij het ontvangen en verwerken van leveringen.
  • Je ondersteunt collega's waar nodig en werkt actief mee aan een goede teamsfeer.
  • Je zorgt mee voor een uitstekende klantenservice, ook op drukke momenten.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die:

  • klantvriendelijk, sociaal en behulpzaam is;
  • ervaring heeft binnen de detailhandel;
  • interesse heeft in doe-het-zelf, techniek en/of bouwmaterialen;
  • bij voorkeur over technische kennis beschikt;
  • graag klanten adviseert en oplossingen zoekt;
  • stressbestendig is en het hoofd koel houdt tijdens drukke momenten;
  • zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook graag deel uitmaakt van een team;
  • bereid is om nieuwe technische kennis op te doen en opleidingen on the job te volgen.
