The posting

Voor onze klant in Houthalen zijn wij op zoek naar een winkelmedewerker voor de bakkerijafdeling.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het afbakken van brood, pistolets en koffiekoeken.
  • Het versnijden en verpakken van diverse bakkerijproducten.
  • Het plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen.
  • Het aanvullen en aantrekkelijk presenteren van producten op de afdeling.
  • Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en het correct toepassen van FIFO-richtlijnen.
  • Het bewaken van de orde, netheid en hygiëne binnen de afdeling.
  • Het adviseren en verder helpen van klanten met vragen over het assortiment.
  • Het voorbereiden en klaarzetten van de afdeling voor de volgende werkdag.
  • Je beschikt over relevante en stabiele ervaring binnen de voedingssector, een bakkerijomgeving of een supermarkt.
  • Je bent klantgericht en helpt klanten steeds vriendelijk verder.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en houdt het overzicht tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar binnen wisselende werkuren tussen 6u en 20u.
  • Weekendwerk vormt voor jou geen probleem.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands vlot, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Dit is belangrijk voor communicatie met klanten en collega’s.
