Als bakker bij Cru in Gent kan je je volledig uitleven in het afbakken van broden, klaarmaken van taarten en bakken van granola. Je zorgt ervoor dat je kwaliteitsproducten steeds mooi gepresenteerd worden en bezorgt je klant zo de beste beleving.

Jouw taken als bakker bij Cru:

  • Elke dag opnieuw creëer je échte belevingen voor onze klanten: je laat hen producten ontdekken, inspireert hen met de verhalen achter deze producten en overtuigt hen als echte vakman.
  • Je zorgt voor de mooiste presentaties van je broden en taarten, zodat klanten jouw vakmanschap volledig kunnen bewonderen. Ook afbakken van koeken en bakken van granola behoren tot jouw expertise.
  • Je bent commercieel in alles wat je doet: je ziet en luistert naar de klant. Je begrijpt en beantwoordt zijn behoeftes zodat elke consument een tevreden klant wordt, die graag terugkomt.
  • Je voert de juiste taken en werkwijzen uit volgens de kneepjes van het vak zodat je efficiënt werkt en zoveel mogelijk tijd kan doorbrengen met onze klanten.
  • Je denkt mee over ideeën om de bakkerij te doen groeien en te optimaliseren. Je deelt deze ideeën met de (assistent) belevingsmanager. Je werkt nauw samen met de commerciële coaches rond presentatie, vakmanschap en omzetgroei.

Je werkt ook op zaterdag en zondag, de favoriete winkeldagen van Cru-klanten. Je vrije dagen neem je meestal op tijdens de week.

  • ​Motivatie - Jij krijgt iedereen mee als je met passie vertelt over onze kwaliteitsvolle producten.
  • Ervaring - Heb je al ervaring als bakker of verkoopmedewerker in een bakkerij? Dan is deze job zeker iets voor jou. Nog geen ervaring maar wel veel goesting om erin te vliegen? Ook dan ben je meer dan welkom!
  • Flexibel - Cru is 7/7 open. Dat wil zeggen dat je ook in het weekend en op feestdagen zal werken. Daarvoor krijg je wel jouw vrije dagen tijdens de week.
  • Klantvriendelijk - Welke vragen je ook krijgt van klanten, jij wil dat ze met het juiste product en een tevreden gevoel vertrekken.
  • Talenkennis - Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands om de klanten vlot verder te helpen.
