Onze klant is een succesvolle en sterk groeiende supermarktketen waar kwaliteit, versheid en klanttevredenheid centraal staan. Om het bakkerijteam te versterken, zijn zij op zoek naar een enthousiaste medewerker die mee zorgt voor een aantrekkelijke en goed gevulde bakkerijafdeling.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Winkelmedewerker Bakkerij ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de afdeling. Dankzij jouw inzet kunnen klanten elke dag rekenen op een uitgebreid aanbod van verse brood- en bakkerijproducten.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Afbakken van brood, pistolets, koffiekoeken en andere bakkerijproducten.
  • Werken volgens duidelijke bakprogramma's en planningen.
  • Aanvullen en aantrekkelijk presenteren van het assortiment.
  • Zorgen voor een verzorgde en nette afdeling.
  • Helpen en adviseren van klanten.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op de producten.
  • Mee instaan voor orde, netheid en hygiëne.
  • Ondersteunen van collega's binnen de afdeling waar nodig.

PROFIEL

  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en werkt steeds met een glimlach.
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en een actief takenpakket.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken met wisselende uurroosters.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
  • Ervaring in retail of voeding is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent energiek en neemt graag initiatief.
