Als Winkelmedewerker ben je het kloppend hart van de winkel; je zorgt niet alleen dat de rekken gevuld blijven, maar draagt ook de grote verantwoordelijkheid voor de versheidskwaliteit via het Codeboek-systeem.

Je start je carriere in de winkel als aanvuller, zodat je ons assortiment en de goederenstroom door en door leert kennen. Zodra je dit onder de knie hebt, breid je je takenpakket uit met het Codeboek:

  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Je bewaakt de versheid en houdbaarheid van onze producten.
  • Voorraadbeheer: Je registreert voorraden en beheert de stock nauwkeurig in onze software.
  • Winkelbeheer: Je zorgt voor een up-to-date winkelbeeld en correcte informatie.
  • Teamwork: Je stemt vlot af met je collega's voor een efficiënte werking.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal vloeiend om vlot te communiceren met collega's en klanten.
  • Je bent beschikbaar om deeltijds te werken in een regime tussen de 24 en 30 uur per week.
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig en hebt een scherp oog voor detail bij het controleren van data.
  • Je beschikt over een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en werkt vlot met computersystemen.
  • Je bent fysiek fit en vindt het fijn om actief bezig te zijn op de winkelvloer.
  • Je vult de winkelrekken aan volgens de geldende richtlijnen van Albert Heijn.
  • Je voert de dagelijkse Codeboek-controles uit op producten om de versheid te garanderen.
  • Je registreert voorraden en vervaldata nauwkeurig in de gespecialiseerde software.
  • Je communiceert helder met je teamleden over de voortgang van de kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Je ondersteunt klanten bij vragen en zorgt voor een ordelijke winkelpresentatie in Kortrijk.
