Als medewerker in onze voedingswinkel CRU in Dilbeek ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en adviseren van klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de belevingsmarkt er netjes uitziet en helpt bij het aanvullen van de voorraad. Daarnaast inspireer je klanten door hen te laten kennismaken met onze kwaliteitsproducten en de verhalen erachter.

Wat zijn jouw taken als polyvalente winkelmedewerker bij Cru?

  • Klanten bedienen: Je helpt de klanten door naar hen te luisteren en aan hun behoeftes te voldoen. Zo wordt elke consument een tevreden klant die graag terugkomt.
  • Belevingen creëren: je laat klanten producten ontdekken, inspireert hen met de verhalen en kwaliteit van de producten en overtuigt hen als een vakman.
  • Ordelijk en efficiënt: Je zorgt ervoor dat de schappen gevuld zijn en de markt er altijd netjes en aantrekkelijk uitziet.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met jouw collega’s, (assistent) winkelmanager en commerciële coaches. Je deelt je ideeën over presentatie, vakmanschap en omzetgroei om zop de belevingsmarkt te helpen groeien en optimaliseren.
  • Motivatie – Je bent een foodie die energie krijgt om elke dag met de beste producten te werken. Jij krijgt iedereen mee als je vertelt over kwaliteitsvolle producten.
  • Ervaring – Ervaring als verkoper in een delicatessenzaak, als slager, bakker of in een andere stiel is een pluspunt, maar niet noodzakelijk.
  • Flexibel – Je wil vaak werken op zaterdagen, zondagen en feestdagen. Vrije dagen neem je meestal op tijdens de week.
  • Klantvriendelijk – Welke vragen je ook krijgt van klanten, jij wil dat ze met het juiste product en een tevreden gevoel vertrekken.
  • Talenkennis – Het is belangrijk dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt om de klanten vlot verder te helpen.
