FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

- Je vult de rekken aan en zorgt ervoor dat producten correct geprijsd en aantrekkelijk gepresenteerd worden.

- Je adviseert klanten over de keuze, verzorging en aanplanting van buitenplanten.

- Je verzorgt de planten door ze onder andere water te geven, te snoeien en hun algemene conditie op te volgen.

- Je helpt mee bij het opbouwen van acties, seizoen presentaties en promoties.

- Je houdt de afdeling netjes, ordelijk en overzichtelijk.

- Je verwerkt inkomende leveringen en ondersteunt bij voorraadcontroles en inventarisaties.

- Samen met je collega's werk je mee aan het behalen van de commerciële doelstellingen van de afdeling.

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in tuinieren en beschikt over een goede kennis van buitenplanten en hun verzorging.
  • Ervaring in een tuincentrum of een gelijkaardige omgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en vindt het leuk om mensen professioneel advies te geven.
  • Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als vlot samen met collega's.
  • Je bent flexibel, steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en houdt van afwisseling.
  • Fysiek werk en werken in een buitenomgeving vormen voor jou geen probleem.
  • Je bent bereid om volgens een flexibel uurrooster te werken, inclusief weekenddiensten.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans.
