Graag klanten helpen, maar ook graag praktisch bezig in de winkel? Als winkelmedewerker combineer je advies en verkoop met aanvullen, leveringen controleren en kassawerk. Je werkt voornamelijk op de afdelingen huishoud, plastiek en elektro. Een gevarieerde winkeljob dus, met een vast uurrooster en vaste vrije dagen.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt in een winkel met een ruim assortiment huishoudartikelen en elektro. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten goed geholpen worden én dat je afdeling netjes en overzichtelijk blijft.

• Je controleert binnenkomende leveringen en vult producten aan

• Je zorgt voor een verzorgde en overzichtelijke presentatie van de afdeling

• Je helpt klanten bij het kiezen van huishoudartikelen en andere producten

• Je bouwt je productkennis verder op zodat je klanten correct kunt adviseren

• Je voert stocktellingen uit en verwerkt gegevens in het computersysteem

• Je ondersteunt de kassa tijdens drukkere momenten

• Je denkt mee over hoe producten duidelijk en aantrekkelijk gepresenteerd kunnen worden

Je staat dus niet de hele dag aan de kassa en bent ook geen pure aanvuller. Klantencontact, winkelwerk, voorraadbeheer en productkennis wisselen elkaar af.
