Als Winkelmedewerker klein elektro help je klanten in Heusden-Zolder bij een keuze die echt bij hen past.

Je werkt op woensdag en zaterdag in een gespecialiseerde elektrozaak. Je leert verschillende toestellen kennen en gebruikt die kennis meteen in je klantenadvies.

Klein elektro is hier een belangrijke afdeling. Je krijgt dus geen bijrol, maar een job met echt klantencontact.

Functie-inhoud

Je werkt in een winkel die elektrische toestellen verkoopt en onderhoudt. Klein elektro is één van de belangrijke pijlers van de zaak.

Als Winkelmedewerker klein elektro help je klanten bij hun zoektocht naar het juiste toestel.

  • Je verwelkomt klanten en ontdekt waarvoor ze een toestel zoeken.
  • Je geeft duidelijk advies over verschillende toestellen.
  • Je vergelijkt producten en maakt de belangrijkste verschillen begrijpelijk.
  • Je denkt mee over de beste keuze voor de klant.
  • Je houdt de afdeling netjes en overzichtelijk.
  • Je werkt rechtstreeks met klanten.

Je staat rechtstreeks tussen de klanten. Soms weet iemand exact wat hij zoekt. Soms begint het gesprek met: “Wat zou jij nemen?” Dan komt jouw productkennis goed van pas.

Je hoeft geen wandelende handleiding te zijn. Wel ben je nieuwsgierig naar producten en leer je graag bij. Je luistert naar de klant en stelt vragen. Zo ontdek je waarvoor iemand een toestel nodig heeft. Daarna geef je duidelijke uitleg en help je verschillende opties vergelijken. Je vindt het leuk wanneer een klant dankzij jouw advies met vertrouwen een keuze maakt.
