FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING Ben jij klantgericht en heb je interesse in koken, wonen en huishoudartikelen?

Ben jij commercieel ingesteld, help je klanten graag verder en hou je ervan om een winkelafdeling netjes en aantrekkelijk te presenteren? Dan is deze vacature als verkoopmedewerker in Ieper misschien wel iets voor jou.

Je komt terecht in een familiale winkelgroep met een sterke teamspirit, waar vakkennis, klantvriendelijkheid en een persoonlijke service centraal staan.

Jouw job als winkelmedewerker

Als medewerker van de kook- en woonwinkel ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten binnen verschillende afdelingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten met het juiste product én een goed advies naar huis gaan.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Klanten ontvangen, adviseren en helpen bij hun aankoop
  • Je verdiepen in het assortiment van kookgerei en huishoudartikelen
  • Klanten begeleiden bij de keuze van seizoensdecoratie en werkkledij
  • Zorgen voor aantrekkelijke en commerciële winkelpresentaties
  • Binnenkomende goederen ontvangen, controleren en verwerken
  • Producten correct aanvullen en presenteren
  • De verschillende winkelafdelingen ordelijk, netjes en overzichtelijk houden
  • Meedenken over een aangename winkelbeleving en een uitstekende klantenservice

Dankzij de variatie in producten en klanten is geen enkele werkdag dezelfde.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een enthousiaste verkoopmedewerker die graag zelfstandig werkt, maar ook goed functioneert binnen een team.

Je herkent jezelf in onderstaande eigenschappen:

  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in de verkoop of retail
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en helpt mensen graag verder
  • Je bent dynamisch, flexibel en gemotiveerd
  • Je weet van aanpakken en neemt graag initiatief
  • Je werkt ordelijk en hebt een goed praktisch inzicht
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken
  • Je hebt interesse in koken, wonen, huishoudartikelen of doe-het-zelf
  • Je woont bij voorkeur in de regio Ieper
  • Zaterdagwerk vormt voor jou geen probleem

Technische kennis of productkennis is mooi meegenomen, maar dankzij een grondige opleiding krijg je de kans om het assortiment en de werking van de winkel goed te leren kennen.
