The posting

Onze winkelmedewerker is het dagelijkse aanspreekpunt voor de meubelafdeling, zowel voor klanten als voor het team, en bewaakt de commerciële en praktische flow van de meubelen, van binnenkomst tot verkoop en afhaling.

Taken:

  • Dagelijks instaan voor de operationele opvolging van de meubelafdeling.
  • Klanten proactief aanspreken, adviseren en begeleiden bij hun aankoop.
  • Zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor de dagelijkse werking van de meubelafdeling en tijdig afstemmen met de teamcoach bij vragen of beslissingen.
  • Klanten correct informeren over thuisleveringen, tarieven, leveringstermijnen en praktische afspraken
  • Affiniteit en kennis hebben van tweedehandsmeubelen, materialen, kwaliteit en stijl, pluspunt is ook wel wat technisch inzicht hebben.
  • Opvolgen van aanvoer, montage, prijszetting, verkoop, reservaties en afhalingen. à Afstemmen met de magazijnier bij eventuele beschadigingen aan een meubel na verkoop en demontage en dit melden aan de teamcoach, zodat de klant hierover proactief geïnformeerd kan worden.
  • Bewaken dat gemonteerde meubelen onmiddellijk en uiterlijk binnen 30 minuten geprijsd en verkoopklaar zijn.
  • Meubelen netjes en aantrekkelijk presenteren: afstoffen, rechtzetten, stoelen onder tafels plaatsen, enz.
  • Afstemmen met de teamcoach en magazijniers over aanvoer, montage, plaatsing in juiste zone en in de beschikbare ruimte.
  • Signaleren welke meubelen te lang blijven staan en dit bespreken met de teamcoach.
  • Afprijzen of uit verkoop van meubelen nemen gebeurt steeds in overleg met de teamcoach.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, enthousiast en communicatief.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Je bent leergierig
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, ook op zaterdagen.
  • Je hebt enige technische affiniteit met fietsen
