Op zoek naar een afwisselende job dicht bij huis? Bij Okay, jouw vertrouwde buurtsupermarkt, help je klanten met een glimlach hun dagelijkse boodschappen te doen. Werk je graag in een tof team en steek je graag de handen uit de mouwen? Dan ben jij de winkelmedewerker die we zoeken!

Wat doe je als Winkelmedewerker:

  • Je bent hét gezicht van onze buurtsupermarkt . Met een warme glimlach help je klanten bij hun dagelijkse boodschappen. Vragen over producten? Jij geeft advies en wijst hen de weg in onze winkel, waar klanten zich thuis voelen.
  • Je ben een echte allrounder, van verse broodjes afbakken en de versmarkt aantrekkelijk houden, tot het uitzetten van goederen op een correctie manier: jij doet het allemaal met evenveel goesting! Je vindt het fijn om uiteenlopende taken op te nemen en schakelt vlot van de ene opdracht naar de andere!
  • Aan de kassa maak jij het verschil, en zorg je voor een vlot klantencontact. Je scant producten snel en nauwkeurig, rekent betalingen af en biedt op die manier een uitstekende service! Samen met je collega’s draag je bij aan een veilige, ordelijke en gastvrije winkelomgeving.
  • Talenkennis: Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, zodat je klanten en collega’s goed begrijpt.
  • Ervaring: Heb je al ervaring in retail of een winkelomgeving? Mooi meegenomen, maar geen must! Wat écht telt, is jouw enthousiasme om aan de slag te gaan als winkelmedewerker én om elke dag bij te leren.
  • Klantgerichtheid: Klanten staan bij jou op de eerste plaats. Je zorgt ervoor dat ze zich welkom voelen en graag terugkomen.
  • Altijd in beweging: Je houdt ervan om actief bezig te zijn. Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde, en dat geeft jou energie!
  • Flexibel uurrooster: Je werkt in een gevarieerd uurrooster, met vroege shifts vanaf 7u, avonden waarop je de winkel afsluit en weekendwerk, ook op zondagvoormiddag. Wij zijn flexibel waar we kunnen en verwachten dat ook van jou.
  • Teamspeler: je houdt van samenwerken, helpt collega's spontaan en draagt bij aan de warme, collegiale sfeer die zo typisch is voor onze buurtsupermarkt.
