Als onthaalmedewerker start je met het aanleren van de job als kassamedewerker.

  • Je leert het kassasysteem kennen
  • Ontvangen van betalingen
  • producten scannen
  • Bonuskaarten scannen
  • Stickertjes meegeven bij lopende acties

Hier wordt er gewerkt op een hoog tempo. Je moet dus zeker je hoofd erbij houden.

Eens je de kassa onder de knie hebt, ga je verder met het aanleren van de onthaalfunctie:

  • Verder helpen van de klanten met vragen en problemen.
  • Verkopen van bloemen, tabakswaren, enz. en hier doe je de telling van deze producten.

Als onthaalmedewerker heb je dus een gevarieerd takenpakket waar je je niet verveelt!

  • Je kan werken in een flexibel uurrooster (tussen 6u en 20u).
  • Werken op zaterdag, zondag en feestdagen vormt geen probleem voor je.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands dit voor een optimale communicatie met collega's en klanten.
  • Je gaat voor 100% klanttevredenheid
  • Je bent energiek en straalt dit uit.
  • Je bent een teamplayer en gaat samen met je collega's voor het beste resultaat.
  • Je kan goed hoofdrekenen en bewaart het overzicht.
  • Ervaring in retail of horeca? Een pluspunt.
  • Ben je net afgestudeerd? Ook als schoolverlater ben je zeker welkom.
