Voor een gerenommeerde voedingsspeciaalzaak in regio Kortrijk zoeken we een winkelbediende die klanten begeleidt, adviseert en mee zorgt voor een verzorgde winkelomgeving.Wat ga je doen?Als winkelbediende ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je luistert naar hun wensen, geeft passend advies en helpt hen bij het maken van de juiste keuze uit het assortiment.Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat de winkel er steeds verzorgd en uitnodigend uitziet. Je vult producten aan, houdt de toonbank netjes en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de presentatie. Dankzij jouw klantgerichte aanpak creëer je een aangename winkelervaring en draag je bij aan een vlotte dagelijkse werking.Ook bij het afsluiten van de werkdag steek je mee de handen uit de mouwen zodat de winkel ordelijk en klaar is voor een nieuwe dag. Wie zoeken we?Je hebt vooral zin om klanten op een professionele en vriendelijke manier verder te helpen.Daarnaast:

  • stel je de klant centraal en werk je servicegericht;
  • heb je oog voor orde, netheid en hygiëne;
  • werk je graag samen met collega's en neem je initiatief;
  • ben je flexibel ingesteld en bereid om in het weekend te werken;
  • communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands en beschik je over een basiskennis Frans.

Opleiding en ervaringErvaring binnen retail, voeding of horeca is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. We hechten vooral belang aan motivatie, verantwoordelijkheidszin en interesse in kwaliteitsvolle voedingsproducten.
