Voor een bekende slagerij zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste fulltime winkelmedewerker om ons team te versterken. Hou je ook zo van versheid en kwaliteit en zit je boordevol liefde voor de klant?

Dan ben je bij ons aan het juiste adres!

Wij bieden

  • Voltijdse tewerkstelling van 35u/week verdeeld over 4 dagen - ja, je leest het goed: 3 vrije dagen/week!
  • Verloning volgens barema met extra toeslag voor uren na 18:00.
  • Maaltijdcheques
  • Je werkdag start tussen 08:30 - 09:00 en eindigt ten laatste om 19:00.
  • Op zon- en feestdagen ben je wél altijd vrij.
  • Kleine, warme teams waarbij écht familiaal samenwerken onze troef is!
  • Na een geslaagde interimperiode maak je kans op een vast contract én krijg je 60 uur extra verlof bij een voltijdse tewerkstelling!
  • Doorgroeimogelijkheden met onze interne academy indien je ambitieus bent.

Zie jij jezelf al een praatje slaan met klanten in de winkel terwijl je nieuwe producten aanprijst? Fantastisch, want als winkelmedewerk(st)er zoeken we een enthousiaste collega die ook op drukke momenten het hoofd koel kan houden.

Heb je ’t graag proper? Wij ook, we verwachten dat je jouw werkplek altijd netjes achterlaat. Daarnaast heb je goesting om je te verdiepen in de verschillende producten, kan je niet wachten om schellekes uit te delen én sta je te popelen om bij te leren over dit mooie beroep! Een opleiding tot beenhouwer is uiteraard ook een optie bij ons!

  • Klantvriendelijk en communicatief sterk: Je staat klanten vriendelijk te woord en luistert goed naar hun wensen, ook op drukke momenten.
  • Productkennis: Je weet welke vleessoorten er zijn, hoe ze bereid worden en kan advies op maat geven.
  • Nauwkeurig en hygiënisch: Je werkt proper, zorgvuldig en volgens de voedselveiligheidsregels.
  • Commercieel inzicht: Je adviseert passende producten of aanbiedingen.
  • Stressbestendig: Je kan goed omgaan met drukte, bijvoorbeeld tijdens feestdagen of spitsuren
  • Teamplayer: Je werkt vlot samen met de collega's.
