Een dag in het leven van een winkelmedewerker:

Je start de dag met een goeiemorgen met de collega’s. Samen zorgen jullie dat de winkel er netjes bij ligt. De eerste klanten komen binnen en jij helpt hen met een glimlach. Een klant zoekt zijn of haar favoriete confituur? Jij weet meteen waar die staat. Een levering komt toe? Jij helpt mee uitladen en vult de rekken aan.

Later op de dag sta je aan de kassa, waar je niet alleen producten scant, maar ook een praatje maakt met vaste klanten. Tussendoor help je een collega met het opzetten van een promohoekje voor een nieuwe actie. Voor je het weet is de dag voorbij en kijk je tevreden terug op een afwisselende werkdag waarin je écht iets betekend hebt.

In onze keuken en traiteurafdeling worden verse gerechten bereid: van een frisse pastasalade, een warme ovenschotel tot een smeuïge preparé. De toonbank wordt netjes aangevuld en aantrekkelijk gepresenteerd, zodat klanten meteen zin krijgen om iets lekkers mee te nemen. Mocht dit je aanspreken, laat het ook zeker weten!

Wie ben jij?

  • Klanten help je spontaan: je geeft advies aan de versafdeling, maakt een praatje en zorgt voor een fijne winkelervaring. Ervaring als verkoper / verkoopster is een plus, maar zeker geen must – motivatie telt!
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega’s en springt bij waar nodig.
  • Je hebt goesting om te koken en maakt met plezier een smeuïge stoemp of een verse pizza klaar.
  • Je bent flexibel, weekendwerk schrikt je niet af (met respect voor werk-privé balans uiteraard)

· Bij voorkeur vast in dienst voltijds, flexi-job/deeltijds met grote beschikbaarheid kan ook

  • Voor de traiteurafdeling: een koksopleiding of ervaring in is een plus, maar motivatie telt minstens even hard.
