Jobomschrijving

Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste winkelmedewerker voor een supermarkt in Baal. In deze rol ben je het gezicht van onze winkel, waar klanten niet alleen hun boodschappen doen, maar ook een vertrouwd gezicht verwachten.

Als klantgerichte winkelmedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het assisteren van klanten bij het vinden van hun boodschappen, het adviseren over producten en het zorgen voor een ordelijke en aantrekkelijke presentatie van onze voedingswaren.

Je bouwt een band op met onze klanten, leert hun voorkeuren kennen en zorgt ervoor dat zij keer op keer tevreden de winkel verlaten.

Uiteraard word jij ingezet in de verschillende afdelingen en zorg je ervoor dat iedere afdeling steeds accuraat wordt bijgevuld met de nodige producten.

Wij zoeken een vriendelijke en klantgerichte medewerker die:

  • Een passie heeft voor voeding en het leuk vindt om klanten te adviseren over hun aankopen
  • Sociaal en communicatief vaardig is, en het aangenaam vindt om in contact te staan met dezelfde klanten en hun behoeften te begrijpen
  • Een proactieve houding heeft en zich snel kan aanpassen aan verschillende situaties
  • Flexibel is in werktijden, inclusief avonden en weekenden
  • Perfect Nederlands spreekt en verstaat
