Jobomschrijving

Bij Carrefour Market Maaseik staat elke klant centraal. De winkelverantwoordelijke en haar team zetten zich elke dag met passie in om een warme, toegankelijke winkelervaring te bieden. Om de versafdeling verder te versterken, zoeken we een enthousiaste medewerker met interesse in charcuterie, kaas en traiteurproducten. Ben jij iemand die graag werkt met verse producten en klanten met plezier verder helpt? Dan ben jij misschien onze nieuwe collega!

Als medewerker van de versafdeling sta je mee in voor drie belangrijke onderdelen: verkoop, keuken/voorbereiding en bestellingen.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je verkoopt verse vis, charcuterie, kazen en traiteurproducten.
  • Je ontvangt klanten hartelijk en adviseert hen professioneel.
  • Je helpt mee aan productcreatie: verse gerechten zoals vissoep, paella, quiches…
  • Je zorgt voor een aantrekkelijke presentatie van alle producten.
  • Je neemt klantbestellingen op en bereidt ze correct voor.
  • Je volgt de voorraad op, meldt tekorten en plaatst bestellingen bij leveranciers.
  • Je ontvangt goederen en controleert kwaliteit en versheid.
  • Je verpakt verse producten voor de zelfbediening of voor buffetten en speciale bestellingen.
  • Je registreert alle opvolggegevens voor traceerbaarheid (leverdata, temperaturen, lotnummers…).
  • Je past de FIFO-regels nauwgezet toe en bewaakt de kwaliteit van alle producten.
  • Je houdt je afdeling netjes en ordelijk.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten binnen de versafdeling.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alles klaarstaat voor de volgende werkdag.
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als kok, keukenmedewerker in een winkel, of in de vissector.
  • Je deelt je kennis graag met klanten en collega’s.
  • Je weet van aanpakken, toont initiatief en motiveert anderen.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar tussen 6u en 20u; weekendwerk vormt geen probleem.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in verse voeding en kwaliteitsproducten.
