Dan hebben we iets leuks voor je! Voor ons gloednieuwe Business Center in Nijmegen zoeken we een Winkelmedewerker die ervoor zorgt dat klanten met een goed gevoel én de juiste spullen de deur uitgaan. Van een paar stevige werkschoenen tot een complete outfit en de juiste PBM's: jij helpt klanten op weg en maakt er een fijne winkelervaring van. En het leukste? Je stapt in vanaf het begin. De winkel is nieuw, dus samen met je collega's bouw je mee aan hoe we het Business Center neerzetten. Je krijgt alle ruimte om mee te denken, initiatief te nemen en er echt jouw plek van te maken. Jouw taken: - Ontvangst van klanten met een glimlach en zorgen dat iedereen zich welkom voelt. - Helpen van klanten bij het vinden van de juiste werkkleding, werkschoenen en PBM's. - Eerlijk en praktisch advies geven: wat past bij de klant én bij het werk? - Afrekenen, bestellingen verwerken en de voorraad op orde houden. - Zorgen dat de winkel er netjes en aantrekkelijk uitziet. - Meedenken over acties, verbeteringen en hoe we klanten nóg beter kunnen helpen. - Zorgen dat klanten graag nog een keer bij ons binnenlopen. Vereisten Jij bent iemand die: - Makkelijk contact maakt en graag met mensen werkt. - Klanten graag helpt en het leuk vindt om mee te denken. - Een commerciële drive heeft, maar vooral goed wil adviseren. - Niet bang is om de handen uit de mouwen te steken. - Netjes werkt en oog heeft voor een goede presentatie. - Zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook graag onderdeel is van een team.
