Voor onze bakkerij Broodhemel zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Store Lead die de dagelijkse leiding van onze winkels op zich wil nemen. Samen met de zaakvoerders zorg jij voor tevreden klanten, een vlot draaiende zaak en een fijn team!

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse werking van onze winkels en je zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt.
  • Je maakt en volgt de personeelsplanning op, ondersteunt en motiveert je collega's.
  • Je beheert de winkelbestellingen.
  • Bij praktische problemen of onverwachte situaties neem je initiatief en zoek je snel naar een oplossing.
  • Samen met de zaakvoerders bewaak je de kwaliteit en de klantgerichte service en werk je mee aan een efficiënte en positieve werking van onze winkels.
  • Je draagt verantwoordelijkheid en je kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren.
  • Je beschikt over leidinggevende en motiverende vaardigheden.
  • Je kan problemen oplossen en je bent stressbestendig.
  • Je durft initiatief te nemen om beslissingen door te hakken.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld naar taken en werkuren. Werken in het weekend wanneer het nodig is, houd je niet tegen.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in onze verschillende winkels (deze liggen maximum 6 km van elkaar).
  • Je bent klantgericht en collegiaal.
  • Je voelt je betrokken en je hebt zin om mee te groeien met ons bedrijf.
