Voor onze klant in Zutendaal zijn wij op zoek naar een winkelverantwoordelijke.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • De dagelijkse leiding van het filiaal en het bewaken van een verzorgde winkeluitstraling.
  • Het opmaken en opvolgen van bestellingen voor de winkel.
  • Het ondersteunen van het team op de werkvloer waar nodig.
  • De personeelsplanning en het administratief beheer van het filiaal.
  • Het opvolgen van de operationele resultaten van de winkel.
  • Het aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van medewerkers.
  • Het rapporteren aan de directie over de werking van het filiaal.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of hebt minstens twee jaar relevante ervaring in een leidinggevende functie.
  • Ervaring binnen de retailsector is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent een zelfstandige probleemoplosser met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je bent een coachende leidinggevende die medewerkers op een positieve manier weet te motiveren.
  • Je bent sociaal vaardig, communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen met anderen.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en hebt geen uitgesproken 9-tot-5-mentaliteit.
  • Je woont in de regio Limburg of bent bereid je vlot naar de werklocatie te verplaatsen.
