Voor onze winkel in Lede zoeken we een enthousiaste Winkelverantwoordelijke die verantwoordelijkheid wil opnemen, mensen weet te motiveren en mee bouwt aan een warme winkelbeleving waar kwaliteit, service en teamwork centraal staan.

Jouw uitdaging

Als winkelverantwoordelijke ben jij het kloppend hart van de winkel. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt, van de dagelijkse werking en administratie tot het begeleiden van medewerkers en het behalen van commerciële doelstellingen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je neemt de dagelijkse leiding over de winkel en zorgt voor een efficiënte organisatie.
  • Je motiveert, begeleidt en ondersteunt medewerkers, flexi-jobbers en jobstudenten.
  • Je stelt planningen op, verdeelt taken en zorgt voor een goede werkorganisatie.
  • Je volgt resultaten op en draagt actief bij aan het behalen van omzetdoelstellingen.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega's, klanten en de regioverantwoordelijke.
  • Je creëert een positieve werksfeer waarin respect, samenwerking en klantgerichtheid centraal staan.
  • Je werkt actief mee in de winkel en steekt zelf ook graag de handen uit de mouwen.

Praktisch

Onze winkels openen vroeg, vanaf 6 uur. Vroeg opstaan schrikt jou dan ook niet af. Je werkt volgens een vaste planning waarbij ochtend-, namiddag- en weekendshiften in overleg worden afgewisseld met je collega's.

  • Ervaring als leidinggevende is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. Motivatie, talent en de juiste ingesteldheid vinden wij minstens even belangrijk
