Als Filiaalmanager ben jij het gezicht én het hart van onze winkel. Je zorgt voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking, een aantrekkelijke winkeluitstraling en een topservice voor onze klanten. Je functie is afwisselend en uitdagend:

Je stuurt het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen in de winkel aan, met oog voor orde, netheid en klantbeleving.

Je maakt efficiënte bestellingen op, afgestemd op de noden van jouw filiaal.

Je implementeert het bedrijfsbeleid rond winkelbeeld, presentatie en orde.

Je werkt actief mee op de winkelvloer en geeft het goede voorbeeld.

Je maakt de personeelsplanning op en verzorgt de administratie.

Je bewaakt het rendement en stuurt bij waar nodig.

Je coacht, motiveert en ontwikkelt je team op een positieve manier.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directie.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie, liefst in de retail.

Je bent een echte doener met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.

Je houdt van organiseren en neemt initiatief.

Je bent communicatief sterk, sociaal en een teamplayer pur sang.

Je bent flexibel en vindt het niet erg om af en toe buiten de klassieke kantooruren te werken.

Je woont in de regio Limburg.
